everything was perfect, excellant location not far from the shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach/swimming spots, restaurants, bars, supermarkets & a bakery and supermarkets, quite comfortable experience. i spent 9 nights here and loved that.

The location is the best and unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Saint Nicolas Church. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to promenade👌

The room was clean and fresh, and the bed was very comfy with big pillows. We also enjoyed spending time by the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Cavtat. the location was perfect as it was really close to everything in Cavtat, including the port and the sea front. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Mrs. Marija who made sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated the rooms with balconies. The attention to detail, like providing big pillows and breakfast, really made the stay extra special.

There was just one small aspect that could be improved, and that was the limited kitchen utensils.

This cozy hotel is only a stone's throw away from the lively promenade, with all the restaurants and cafes right around the corner. Not only that, but the port is also within walking distance, making it easy to take a day trip to a nearby island. the studio apartments are sparkling clean, with big comfy beds, and well-equipped kitchens. You'll definitely appreciate the friendly service of the staff and the peaceful atmosphere.

The holiday decorations were lovely and festive during my Christmas stay. the location was perfect for exploring and getting to key spots. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

With my heavy luggage, the steps leading up to the entrance proved to be difficult. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

Loved the convenience of the location, with a supermarket and a variety of bars and restaurants just a few steps away. The pool area was a highlight, always clean and with plenty of sun loungers available. The fact that towels and linens were changed upon request was also a plus.

The pillows were not the most comfortable and could have been of better quality. It would have been useful to have a toaster or microwave in the room for self-catering purposes.

We had a fantastic stay at the Residence & Pool Villa Schwarz Suites. The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from shops, restaurants, cafes, and the beach. The apartment was clean, fresh, and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the pool for a refreshing dip. Maria, who manages the property, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed, including a cot and high chair for our baby. The views from the pool and our apartment were also lovely.
